Open Messages and choose Chat (channels and DMs) or Announcements (one-way broadcasts).
Contributors and Admins can create a new channel for a topic, department, or production — anyone can start a direct message with another troupe member.
Set your notification preferences from your profile so you only get pushed/emailed about what matters to you.
